This training moves beyond theory. Each week builds practical leadership competencies that can be immediately implemented within your organization.

Cancellation Policy
The 6-Week Leadership Development Training is a structured professional development program designed to build clarity, confidence, and strategic leadership skills. Full payment of $500 is required to secure enrollment. Payment confirms your seat in the cohort. Due to limited cohort seating, cancellations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after enrollment, you may transfer your seat to a future cohort (one-time transfer only) with at least 7 days written notice prior to the start date. Missed sessions are not refundable. Attendance & Participation Participants are expected to attend all 6 sessions. Active engagement is required to receive a certificate of completion. Materials and replays (if provided) are for registered participants only and may not be shared. Commitment Acknowledgment By enrolling, you acknowledge your commitment to personal and professional growth and understand that results depend on implementation and participation.
